Ramana holds Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and Master's in Business Administration.
For the past 26 years in Singapore, Ramana was responsible for protecting large corporations on contracts and commercial matters at the Head of the Department level.
However, along the way, he came across SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) contractors who struggled to negotiate fair contract terms with their clients. Many of them lost money, and some even went out of business, simply because they lacked the right guidance.
That's why he founded Contracts Mastery in May 2025—to support SME contractors in navigating contracts with confidence. He helps them review tender and contract terms before they sign, highlight risks and opportunities, and train their teams in contract management best practices.
